Rebuilding

Walton is slowly putting itself back together. Still lots of mud to clean, equipment to repair and tools to replace at Tom's Tire Barn. At least another 2 weeks before we're fully functional.

But the important thing is that it looks like most all the merchants are rebuilding. It can be very discouraging at times but we've had lots of well-wishers and helping hands and friends offering moral support. It's helped tons. Thanks all.

P.S. The Delaware County Fairgrounds are looking really good. Next Sunday a circus is supposed to set up in the parking lot next to it. Hopefully (weather permitting) I'll get some photographs of them setting up the big top.

Yes it is very nice indeed that everyone in the town is "helping each other", but what about some of the other merchants that people in the town dont care about or wish they'd leave!!.. thats not right. Im talkin from experience, im one of those people who arent getting any help! we are doing it all on our own and with only a few close friends to help!

Glad to hear that things are starting to come back together some what.

I feel bad for everyone. I will keep the whole town in my thoughts!

Good luck to all of you! And hang in there...seems tough now, but there will be a time again when life will be easier.

Smile and have a great day!

You're still in my mind -- I hate it that you've had to go through this!
